This Privacy Policy explains how INAT Labs ("INAT Labs", "we", "us") handles information when you visit theinatlabs.com (the "Site"). Our products, including Productive, may have their own privacy terms, which we will show you before you use them.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you join a waitlist or notification list, we collect your email address. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the Site running and secure.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on the Site.
How we use information
- To respond to you and send the updates you asked for.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and communicate with you (for example, website hosting, email, and FormSubmit, which delivers waitlist signups to our inbox), under terms that require them to protect it, or when the law requires it.
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Google's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as you remain on a list, and delete it when you ask us to or when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@theinatlabs.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date above when we do, and for significant changes we will provide a more prominent notice.
